  1. Grate the carrots and bottle gourd in a non-stick kadai and cook on high to medium flame till the water dries.
  2. When the water has dried up add ghee and cook till it's well incorporated and ghee leaves the sides.
  3. Then add khoya mix it. Then add cardamom powder, sugar, some nuts and pinch of salt mix well. Cook for 2 to 3 mins off the flame. Remove it in a dish garnish with chopped nuts.
