  2. Prepare 1/2 cup split urad gram
  3. Make ready 1/2 cup yoghurt
  4. Take 1 tsp baking soda
  5. Make ready 1/2 tsp ginger paste
  6. Get 1 tsp green chilli paste
  7. Prepare 1 tsp salt
  8. Prepare 2 tbsp oil
  9. Make ready 1/2 tsp hing
  10. Take 1 tbsp schezwan sauce
  11. Get 1 tbsp slice chopped capsicum
  12. Get 2 tsp black sesame seeds
  13. Take 1 tbsp Coriander chopped

Instructions to make Dhokla sushi:
  1. Soak rice and split gram for 4 to 5 hours.
  2. Crush in to mixture and make a paste.
  3. Add curd and mix well.
  4. Add salt, ginger paste also chilli paste.
  5. Add hing.
  6. Mix well and spread oil spread and make a thin layer.
  7. Put in yo steamer in steam for 5 to 6 minutes.
  8. Take out and let be cool.
  9. Spread schezwan sauce and slice of capsicum.
  10. Roll and cut in to pieces.
  11. Sprinkle black sesame seeds.
  12. Serve with coriander leaves also with schezwan chutney, coriander coconut chutney.
