  3. Once the tarts are baked. Let it come to room temperature and start demoulding it.
  4. For filling - in a bowl add heavy whipping cream, mango puree & amul cream. Now beat this until stiff peaks are formed.
  5. On a serving plate, place these mini tarts, add this cream filling, decorate it with mango and garnish it with basil or mint leaves.
